The new Valdebebas development is one of the largest urban development projects in Madrid’s history. With social and environmental responsibility in mind, it proposes a city model different to other recent urban developments, uniting nature, economic activity, home, leisure and sport, public facilities and green areas in a denser urban design, where public space takes centre stage. With local shops and businesses, extensive pedestrian zones and areas for leisure and relaxation, it is designed to guarantee diversity of uses and accessibility, and invites citizens to move around the neighbourhood on foot, by bicycle or public transport in their daily activity.
Come to meet us
If you want to find out more about the project first hand, you can visit the Citizens Advice Bureau and the Exhibition Hall, both located on the Valdebebas development site. Here you will be able to see a huge model of the development, large-scale drawings and more detailed information on the values of this unique urban project. Undoubtedly, the best way of finding out more about Valdebebas is participating in the sessions programmed at weekends. Call us on +34 902 200 717 and ask for an appointment.
Companies, associations and academic institutions can arrange an appointment for a guided tour. During the tours, a member of the Valdebebas team will use the model to explain the key points of the project: location, transport and accesses, residential and commercial use, green areas, major actions and accessibility and sustainability measures.
You can then go for a tour by coach to see the development up close. We will provide you with a full dossier on the project and plans. Guided tours last approximately 70 minutes.
Model-based information sessions
If you want to visit our Exhibition Hall and the city model, during the week we have also information sessions, that last approximately 30 minutes. We will provide you with a full dossier on the project and plans during the session. You must request an appointment.
Valdebebas’ Commercial Area already has its first sales offices: CP Promotora, Enfermería Habitat, Grupo Ibosa, Grupo Inmobiliario Ferrocarril, Lextar, Monthisa, Pryconsa, Prygesa, Realia, Roan and Valenor. More developers and cooperatives’ sales offices will be installed soon to sell private and social housing developments in Valdebebas. As sales offices open to the public, we will announce this on our website.
